What a little fart!!! but this happens to quite a few kids around the training age. I'm glad she's feeling better.

Kyooty is right - it happens a lot to kids when they're potty training. They have a very "I ain't giving it up" attitude and, well, it gets all backed up.

I'm glad she's all right and it wasn't appendicitis.

Thank goodness all ended well and with minimal medical intervention.

I am so glad that she is alright. I do not envy the tests that she had to go through.

Alls well that ends well (giggle). Glad to hear your little stinker is up and at 'em again!

I am glad it all worked out in the end.

A poem about constipation! I am guessing that's a first! :)
Glad she's feeling better!

I was going to ask if she needed to poop. Glad it wasn't appendicitis.

You might want to invest into some prunes, so there are no more issues. Glad she is ok!

Phew! I'm glad the crappy situation wasn't much worse!

I was thinking yesterday that she was probably really backed up! That causes some major pain.

Glad she's doing better! Now be sure to feed her graham crackers and dried plums (prunes) every day. :)

Oh NO! Ryerson had to have an enema once and it was the *worst*. I'm glad to see she's feeling better. Poor kid.:(

Oh, the poor little thing. This was so brilliantly written though - hilarious!

I'm glad that Sprite's feeling better, and I hope that she avoids this in the future! What a stinker. :)

"Kid, you're full of crap!" LOLOLOLOL!!!!

I'm happy to hear she's ok. Even the boyfriend asked about her this morning. (I HAD to share the first part with him yesterday) (Which he loved btw)

Glad she's feeling better.

What a relief that all she needed was an enema vs. surgery. Here's hoping you don't see the inside of an ER for a long time. :)

an enema? poor thing! but much better than appendicitis.

Oh to my little Sugar Honey Ice Tea-glad u are felling better :)

Okay - two stories for you. One time when The Captain was only about 6 mos old, he had a really bad tummy ache/poopy problem too. It was scary as hell though because all he did that day was scream. Scream in the house, scream in the car, scream in the doctor's office. After X-rays and all of that jazz, he finally did a massive poopy and was just as happy as could be.
My other story involves The Captain at age 2, some really hard poop, my husband, and a plastic spoon.....and that's all I'm going to say about that one!

Oh yeah - I forgot to say the most important thing -I'm glad Sprite is okay and feeling like her old self!!!

You're like the gastrointestinal Dr. Suess.

Oh no! I'm laughing, but I feel bad to be laughing! She must have been frightened at all of it coming out at once, but I bet she felt a heck of a lot better. I can't believe this hasn't happened to JG yet, as often as he has been constipated. I guess he is used to it.

Emmy is constipated a lot, too, and sometimes we catch her doing her best to hold it in INSTEAD of pushing it out! So Daddy, being the good guy he is, tells her that the poop wants to come out and it's her job to help it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Prune juice is a much better solution. I much prefer that than an enima, but at least you didn't have to give it and the nurse did it for you!

Same thing happended to Bryan at that age. He was also all better by the time the doctor visit was over. LOL Glad she is feeling better! :)

those dang kids and their non-serious problems with serious looking symptoms! They get me every time.
