(Editor's Note: Please think of the tune "Yesterday" by the Beatles when you read this and don't come after me when the song is stuck in your head the rest of the day.... Yes, that was the disclaimer.)
Memory
Has a way of getting back at me
And to others it may look funny
That I have lost my memory.
Recently
Things just aren't where they used to be
Somewhere in my scattered brain, you see
Is the key to my memory.
(Key change)
Where did my keys go?
I don't know, they were just here
I had them in hand
How could they just disappear?
(Back to original.) (Right, you knew that.) (Sorry, no more interruptions.)
Feeling blue
Can't keep track of what I'm telling you
I'd remember if you could give me a clue
That didn't work, can I have two?
Feeling down
Can't remember why I drove to town
Or why I'm still wearing my nightgown
Um, wait, where was I going with this? Hmm...
(Now, you're probably going to spend the rest of the day thinking of a rhyme to town, gown, down.)
( And that means my time was well spent.)
(You're welcome.)

Have you gone off the deep end? I don't remember losing my sanity when I had kids..oh wait, I may have never had any to begin with ;)
It sure is great to be able to keep up with you!

Aw, you bitch! I had to read this in slow motion, in tempo with the song. And it took a lot of concentration, too.

For some reason your entries have not been updating in my google reader...hmmmm..
Anyhow, I wanted to comment on this before but forgot I guess because I actually thought I had but I hadn't and now I feel silly commenting on it late and ...well, anyhow, I thought this was so creative and hilarious!
I have to go read your other posts now that my google reader screwed all up. Darn it all.

There should be warnings in the pregnancy books:
baby comes - mind disappears
