I tipped a dollar bill into the office pool, laughed at the poor schmoe who offered $2.00 thinking he was bettering his odds (not at his face, mind you, I waited until he was clearly out of earshot), and just called John to tell him to play our numbers because I'm all of a sudden feeling lucky.
And I don't like sharing.
(And they wonder why Sprite has her sharing issues...)

I can't tell you how many times I've come thisclosetowinning but, damnit, didn't.
Although... I could have up'd my odds a little by actually purchasing a ticket... but, whatever.

ummm... quite embarrassed actually, hubby forgot to get a ticket, we're sure to win that way! I guess I could've bought one but had some very important blogging to do, also had to entertain out of school child. Sigh!
